Refund Policy

Returns

For returns: return@theelitetrends.com 

You must use 👉 return request form 👈 to speed up the process and quick response.

Please note in the event of any discrepancy , you must inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the said packet with photo proof , and contact with us to initiate exchange/refund or return process. We have a double checking policy before shipping, so every package is checked and verified that product(s) is working as per the description provided in the product page. After 48 hours have passed and we receive no communication from you, we will take it that you have received the package and its contents safely and you intend to use it. After 48 hours have been elapsed we will not accept any claims. 


Our policy lasts 60 days. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 60 days have gone by since your purchase.

Shipping delays due to unusual reasons:

There may be situations that arise from slower shipping times(Our regular shipping times + 21 days delay) due to reasons out of our control and our shipping partners. In cases, where the product is already in transit and tracking has been generated, we are unable to stop the shipment. In such cases, we will contact you and communicate you regarding the situation. If you select the refund option, we will then send you on your registered email with us the Return Agreement, which you can use as a proof of our commitment.

We will then send you the pre-approval confirmation. . We will provide you with the return shipping address.

We send our customers the delivery updates via email and messages (SMS), during transit, and when your product(s) is out for delivery and at the time of successful delivery. Please secure the package and do not open the package and just attach the return shipping label on the package. We will arrange for the free pickup.  As soon as we receive the product back, we will refund your money.


To be eligible for a return: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Policy regarding clothing items: 

We have experienced that sometimes individuals purchase but then wish to return after using it. Unfortunately the items cannot be resold after they are returned.We therefore are unable to provide returns for items used. Also if you wish to return the item you must contact our returns department within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Items that receive no return/refund request within that time period, will be assumed that customer wishes to keep it and use it.

Please note that as a customer you alone are responsible for choosing the correct sizes as per your requirement.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds will not be allowed/provided for :

  • Any item not in its original condition and/or it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned after more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at return@theelitetrends.com. and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
